Howdy!
I am Dorienne! I am an aspiring author who loves Star Wars, Rock Band, books and also plays The Sims 2 like her life depends on it. I am also “kaitco” which is the nickname I use for just about everywhere on the Internet.
My purposes for this blog are really quite simple: To have a place to explore the inner workings of my own writing. I write often and have always wanted a method of not only looking back on and critiquing past pieces, but also having a way to review the process of how I write. I think I best explain my “purpose” in this post.

Most of these posts will be randomized thoughts occurring as quickly as I can type and, while I hope that maybe others can be inspired or at least intrigued by what I’m doing here, I just want a place to look back at myself as a writer and say, “Oh, yeah. That’s how I got to such-and-such character/place/plot.”
So, take from this what you can; I’m really just writing to my future self. 😉
